இன்று மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சர் திரு ரமேஷ் போக்ரியால் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் அனைத்து மாநில பள்ளி கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர்கள் , உயர் கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர்கள் மற்றும் அந்தந்த துறை செயலாளர்கள் உடன் பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வு நடத்துவது குறித்தும் ஆலோசனை நடைபெற்றது .
இந்த ஆலோசனை கூட்டத்தில் பல்வேறு மாநிலங்களில் பல்வேறு வகையான தங்களுடைய நிலைப்பாட்டை தெரிவித்த நிலையில் , ஒவ்வொரு மாநில அரசும் வெவ்வேறான நிலைப்பாடுகளை தெரிவித்ததாக தமிழக பள்ளிக்கல்வித் தறை அமைச்சர் தற்போது பேட்டியளித்துள்ளார்.
அதேபோன்று , பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வை கட்டாயம் நடத்துவது தான் தமிழக அரசின் நிலைப்பாடு என்றும் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு அன்பில் மகேஷ் பொய்யாமொழி அவர்கள் தற்போது செய்தியாளர்கள் சந்திப்பில் கூறியுள்ளார்.
